HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy allows customers to return items within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact. Certain items, such as customized, personalized, or clearance items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective. To begin the return process, customers should contact our customer service team at thelilthreads.in@gmail.com or 8250185500 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if the desired item is unavailable, customers may choose a refund. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and order details, so we can arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost.
